Silicate Minerals

A silicate mineral of aluminum and fluorine used as a gemstone, colorless in its natural state but turned pale blue, golden brown or yellow orange by trace impurities and routinely treated with heat or radiation for deeper colors. It is one of the hardest naturally occurring minerals and defines value 8 on the Mohs hardness scale. Entity-backed identity for the material classification this material already carries as an enum fact, pointing at the class subcategory of the same name. The enum fact itself stays on the entity unchanged.

Crystallizes In System

Entity-backed identity for the crystal-system enum value this material already carries, resolved to an earth concept by an explicit value-to-entity map (phase 3 bucket conversion, docs\design_entity_backed_browse_buckets_20260928.md). The crystal-system fact itself stays on the material unchanged.
