Jaun Valley, German Jauntal, Slovene Podjuna, is a valley in Carinthia, Austria, lying between the upper Drava and the Karawanks mountains east of Klagenfurt. Unlike the neighboring Gail Valley, it is not named for a river but for the ancient Roman settlement of Juenna, and the German name has been rendered as Jaun Valley in English for well over a century.
