The Bodental, Slovene Boden, Carinthian Slovene Poden, is a remote mountain valley in the Karawanks in southern Carinthia, Austria, at just over 1,000 metres above sea level, reachable by road or walking trail from the Loibl Pass. It lies within the cadastral community of Windisch Bleiberg and, since 1973, the municipality of Ferlach, and is drained by Boden Creek, which flows over Tschauko Falls in the Tscheppa Gorge; it is noted as one of the most beautiful valley closures of the Limestone Alps.
