Bersntol, known in German as Fersental and in Italian as Valle del Fersina, is a valley in the Autonomous Province of Trento in northeastern Italy, drained by the Fersina river. It is also called the Valle dei Mòcheni for its inhabitants, who speak the Mòcheno language, an Upper German linguistic island that has survived in the valley since the fourteenth century. The valley comprises four municipalities, Vlarötz, Garait, Palai en Bersntol and Sant'Orsola Terme, where roughly half the population still speaks Mòcheno.
