Val Fex, also known by its German name Fextal, is a southern side valley of the Upper Engadine in Switzerland, lying at roughly 1,800 to 2,000 meters above sea level within the municipality of Sils im Engadin/Segl. The Fedacla river, fed by three glaciers, runs through the valley and eventually feeds Lake Silvaplauna, and the valley contains the small hamlets of Fex Platta, Fex Crasta and Vaüglia beneath peaks including Piz Corvatsch, Il Chapütschin and Piz Tremoggia. It is largely closed to motor vehicles apart from residents' cars, and visitors can travel it by horse-drawn sleigh from Sils in both summer and winter.
