The Val Calanca is a valley of the Swiss Alps in the Lepontine Alps. It is drained by the Calancasca, a tributary of the Moesa that it joins at Roveredo, and it is bordered by the Puntone dei Fracion and the Zapporthorn, the highest mountains in the surrounding area.
