The Spermonde Archipelago is a group of around 120 islands off the southwest coast of Sulawesi, Indonesia, situated within the Coral Triangle between the southern arc of Sulawesi and the Strait of Makassar. It covers a land area of roughly 140 square kilometers and comprises about 50 vegetated islands and 70 unvegetated sand cays, with about 50 islands inhabited by a combined population of 31,293 at the 2020 census.
