The Puster Valley is one of the largest longitudinal valleys in the Alps, running east to west between Lienz in East Tyrol, Austria, and Muehlbach near Brixen in South Tyrol, Italy. The South Tyrolean municipalities along the valley constitute the Puster Valley district.
