The Prickly Pear Cays are a small pair of uninhabited islands about six miles from Road Bay in Anguilla, in the Leeward Islands of the Caribbean, separated from each other by a narrow boat channel into Prickly Pear East and Prickly Pear West. They are designated wildlands under the Eastern Caribbean Natural Area Management Programme and form one of six marine protected areas in Anguilla.
