Petley Reef is a reef on the northern part of Tizard Bank in the Spratly Islands of the South China Sea, occupied by Vietnam since 1988 and also claimed by China, the Philippines and Taiwan. Vietnam administers it as part of Sinh Ton Commune in Truong Sa District and maintains a military outpost there, on structures known as Thi Island, linked by a bridge to a cultural center completed in December 2018; land reclamation at the reef began in June 2025. The reef is also known as Sinh Ton Dong in Vietnamese, Juan Luna Reef in Philippine English, and Bolan Jiao in Chinese.
