Ona is a small village and island group in Ålesund Municipality, in the Møre og Romsdal county of Norway, about four kilometers northwest of Sandøya island. It consists of the tiny island of Ona and the larger neighboring island of Husøya, separated by a narrow fifteen-meter-wide waterway. The Ona Lighthouse, built in 1867 on the Onakalven cliff, is a well-known landmark, and the islands have long depended on fishing in the nearby Atlantic grounds, with around twenty residents remaining today.
