The Moselle Valley is the river valley of the Moselle River, spanning parts of northeastern France, southwestern Germany and eastern Luxembourg, with the river also draining a portion of Belgium. Since the nineteenth century the valley has been known as a producer of quality white wine, marketed as Moselle wine across the three countries it runs through, most prominently in Germany's Mosel wine region. In Luxembourg the valley covers the central and eastern parts of the Grevenmacher and Remich cantons, with settlements including Grevenmacher, Mondorf-les-Bains, Remich and Wasserbillig.
