Harbour Glacier is a through glacier 3 nautical miles long and 1.5 nautical miles wide, on the northwest side of Wiencke Island in the Palmer Archipelago, Antarctica, extending northeast from Port Lockroy. It was probably first seen during the Belgian Antarctic Expedition of 1897 to 1899 under Adrien de Gerlache, and it was charted and named in 1944 by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey for its proximity to the harbour of Port Lockroy.
