Grote Knip, also called Playa Abou in Papiamento, is a beach on the western side of the Caribbean island of Curacao, between the villages of Westpunt and Lagun. The beach opens into a small lagoon enclosed by high rocks and is freely open to the public. A nearby coral reef makes it a popular starting point for snorkeling.
