Blauort is one of Germany's uninhabited sandy North Sea islets, off the coast of Dithmarschen, measuring about 1,200 meters from north to south and 500 meters from east to west. It is surrounded by the Blauortsand sandbank, bounded to the north by the Wesselburener Loch tidal creek and to the south by the Piep.
