The Axel Heiberg Glacier is a valley glacier in the Queen Maud Mountains of Antarctica, descending about 56 kilometers from the high Antarctic Plateau to the Ross Ice Shelf between the Herbert Range and Mount Don Pedro Christophersen. It was discovered and named in November 1911 by Norwegian polar explorer Roald Amundsen, who named it for Axel Heiberg, a Norwegian businessman and patron of Amundsen's expeditions.
