The Annapolis Valley is an economic region in western Nova Scotia, Canada, spanning Annapolis, Kings and Hants counties and running about 126 kilometers from Annapolis Royal to Wolfville along the Bay of Fundy. It formed as a trough between two parallel mountain ranges, North Mountain and South Mountain, and its fertile glacial soils and mild microclimate support an agricultural economy centered on apple growing.
