This group collects the Landform Concepts subcategory's members that name and define landforms produced by rock dissolution and surface weathering rather than by ice, water flow or wind transport: mogotes, makhteshim, tafoni, panholes and the pitted, honeycombed and fractured rock surfaces that weathering carves directly into bedrock. These are the subcategory's chemical- and physical-weathering vocabulary, smaller in count than the erosive-transport groups but distinct in the process each term describes.
