Lobos de Afuera is a small, rocky Peruvian archipelago in the eastern Pacific Ocean, about 54 kilometres off the coast of the Pimentel District, roughly 4.8 kilometres long and 3.2 kilometres wide. It comprises twelve islands in total, including the two main islands, Independencia and Cachimbo, separated by a 36 metre wide channel, along with several reefs, rocks and islets, and is part of Peru Guano Islands, Islets, and Capes National Reserve System, with a history of guano extraction.
