Vanguard Bank is a group of submerged coral reefs southwest of the Spratly Islands in the South China Sea, known in Vietnamese as Bai Tu Chinh. Vietnamese authorities have installed steel DK1 platforms on the bank, maintained by the DK1 Battalion under the country's 2nd Regional Command, to control and maintain a lighthouse there.
