San Rafael Glacier is one of the major outlet glaciers of the Northern Patagonian Ice Field, in the Aysen Region of southern Chile, within Laguna San Rafael National Park. Covering about 760 square kilometers, it is notable as the tidewater glacier nearest the equator, though it calves into the proglacial Laguna San Rafael rather than directly into the sea. It sits at approximately 46 degrees 42 minutes south, 73 degrees 50 minutes west.
