Rupal Glacier, also called Toshain Glacier, is an alpine glacier in the Great Himalaya subrange of the Himalayas in Gilgit-Baltistan, northern Pakistan, ranging in elevation from about 3,730 to 6,300 meters. It starts north of the 6,270 meter Toshain Peak and flows northeast, passing north of the 5,971 meter Laila Peak and south of the many summits of Nanga Parbat, and its meltwater forms the Rupal River.
