Plummer Glacier is a short glacier in Ellsworth Land, Antarctica, descending east through the Enterprise Hills of the Heritage Range, north of Lippert Peak and the Douglas Peaks. It was mapped by the United States Geological Survey from surveys and U.S. Navy aerial photographs taken between 1961 and 1966, and named for Charles C. Plummer, a glaciologist with the United States Antarctic Research Program at Palmer Station in 1965.
