Pindari Glacier lies in the upper Kumaon Himalayas of Uttarakhand, India, in the mountains southeast of Nanda Devi and Nanda Kot. The glacier is roughly 9 kilometers long and is the source of the Pindar River, which eventually joins the Alaknanda River at Karnaprayag in the Garhwal district. It is the destination of a popular roughly 90 kilometer round trip trek typically completed over six days, and the surrounding area also draws ice climbers and mountain bikers.
