North Danger Reef is one of the seven major reef systems in the Spratly Islands area of the South China Sea, and the northwesternmost of the group's features, lying northwest of Dangerous Ground. It is a roughly circular atoll about 8.5 nautical miles across with a central lagoon around 20 meters deep, surrounded by shallow reef.
