Mount Wallich was a small coastal hill near the southern coast of Singapore, within the area bounded by Reserve Road, Cecil Street and Telok Ayer Street, named after the botanist Nathaniel Wallich, who arrived in Singapore in 1822 and worked with Stamford Raffles to establish its Botanical and Experimental Garden. The hill was completely leveled by 1885, its material used as fill for the Telok Ayer Reclamation Scheme that expanded Collyer Quay and helped create the land now occupied by Singapore's Central Business District.
