Mount Lico is an inselberg in the Alto Molocue District of Mozambique's Zambezia Province, rising to about 1,100 meters above sea level. It is distinguished by sheer rock walls as much as 700 meters high that have largely kept the mountain free of human intrusion, and by the old-growth rainforest, covering only about 30 hectares, that grows within a volcanic crater on its summit.
