Mendenhall Glacier is a mountain glacier about 13.6 miles long in Mendenhall Valley, roughly 12 miles from downtown Juneau in southeast Alaska. It flows from the Juneau Icefield and terminates in a proglacial lake, and the glacier and its surrounding landscape are protected within the Mendenhall Glacier Recreation Area, part of the Tongass National Forest.
