The Lamplugh Glacier is an 8 mile long glacier in Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve in Alaska, leading north to a 1961 terminus in Johns Hopkins Inlet. It was named around 1912 by Lawrence Martin of the United States Geological Survey to honor the English geologist George William Lamplugh, who had visited Glacier Bay in 1884.
