Kolosh Glacier is a glacier 6.7 kilometers long and 3.6 kilometers wide on the Magnier Peninsula of the Graham Coast on the Antarctic Peninsula, draining west from the Lisiya Ridge into Bigo Bay south of the Nesla Glacier. It was mapped by British surveyors in 1971 and is recorded in the Antarctic Digital Database maintained by the Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research; it is named for Kolosh Peak in Bulgaria Konyavska Mountain.
