Kander Neve is a glacier in the Bernese Alps of Switzerland, 6.6 kilometers long as of 2005 and situated south of Kandersteg in the canton of Bern, at the head of the Gasterental valley beneath the Bluemlisalp and Tschingelhorn peaks. Its eastern edge borders the Lauterbrunnen valley at the Tschingel Pass, and its southern edge touches the canton of Valais at the Petersgrat; as of 1973 it covered 13.9 square kilometers. The glacier feeds the headwaters of the Kander River, which flows into Lake Thun and on into the Aare and Rhine, and it is currently retreating.
