Kaliakra Glacier lies on northeastern Livingston Island in Antarctica South Shetland Islands, extending 3.8 nautical miles east to west and 4.3 nautical miles north to south. It sits southeast of Saedinenie Snowfield, southwest of Panega Glacier, north of Struma and upper Huron Glaciers, and northeast of Perunika Glacier, bounded by Melnik and Bowles Ridges to the south and Miziya and Samuel Peaks to the north, and drains eastward into Moon Bay. Bulgarian explorers Lyubomir Ivanov and Doychin Vasilev first crossed it on December 24, 2004, and it takes its name from Kaliakra, a cape on Bulgaria Black Sea coast, given by the Bulgarian Antarctic Place-names Commission around 1995.
