The Ishkoman Valley lies in the north of Ghizer District in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan, bordering Afghanistan's Wakhan Corridor. Its elevation ranges from about 7,000 to 12,000 feet above sea level, and the languages spoken in the valley include Shina, Khowar, Burushaski and Wakhi.
