Iao Valley is a lush, stream-cut valley in West Maui, Hawaii, located about 3.1 miles west of Wailuku. Its name is Hawaiian for cloud supreme, and its natural environment and history have made it a popular tourist destination; it was designated a National Natural Landmark in 1972.
