Henderson Glacier is a glacier about 7 nautical miles long in the Enterprise Hills of the Heritage Range in Antarctica. It flows northeast from Schoeck Peak and Hoinkes Peak to join Union Glacier just east of Mount Rossman. It was mapped by the United States Geological Survey from surveys and Navy air photographs taken between 1961 and 1966, and was named for Felix E. Henderson, a meteorologist with the United States Antarctic Research Program stationed at Eights Station in 1965.
