The Glarnisch is a mountain massif of the Schwyz Alps overlooking the valley of the Linth in the canton of Glarus, Switzerland, with its highest summit, the Bachistock, reaching 2,915 metres. Its other principal summits are the Vrenelisgartli, at 2,904 metres, and the Ruchen, at 2,901 metres, and the massif consists of two ridges flanking the Glarnischfirn, the western ridge rising more than 2,000 metres above the Klontalersee; the Glarnisch is one of the higher Alpine peaks visible from Zurich.
