Forman Glacier is a glacier in the northern part of Alexander Island, Antarctica, flowing south-southeast from the Havre Mountains. It drains the southwest slopes of Dimitrova Peak and the west slopes of Breze Peak before flowing into Palestrina Glacier north of Balan Ridge in the Sofia University Mountains. It was surveyed by the British Antarctic Survey in 1975 and 1976 and named in 1980 for David Alexander Foreman, a British Antarctic Survey aircraft mechanic at Adelaide Station from 1973 to 1976.
