Flogeken Glacier is a deeply entrenched glacier in the Muhlig-Hofmann Mountains of Queen Maud Land, Antarctica, flowing northwest between Mount Grytoyr and the Langfloget Cliff. It was mapped by Norwegian cartographers from surveys and air photographs taken during the Sixth Norwegian Antarctic Expedition of 1956 to 1960, which named it Flogeken, meaning the rock wall spoke.
