Eldred Glacier is a glacier about 2.5 nautical miles (5 kilometers) long on King George Island in the South Shetland Islands of Antarctica, flowing toward the islands north coast immediately east of Potts Peak. It was named in 1960 by the UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee for Andrew J. Eldred, who commanded the sealing vessel Thomas Hunt out of Stonington, Connecticut, and made several voyages to the South Shetland Islands in the 1870s and 1880s. During his final season there, Eldred took part in the unsuccessful search for the Charles Shearer.
