Dargomyzhsky Glacier

Dargomyzhsky Glacier is an outlet glacier in the central Staccato Peaks of Alexander Island, Antarctica, flowing west from Duffy Peak across the island and into the Bach Ice Shelf. It was probably first photographed by Lincoln Ellsworth on November 23, 1935, and was mapped from those photographs by W.L.G. Joerg. The feature was named by the USSR Academy of Sciences in 1987 for the Russian composer Alexander Dargomyzhsky, who lived from 1813 to 1869.
