Cerro de Arcos is a windswept rock formation in the high paramo of Ecuador's southern sierra, on the border between the provinces of El Oro and Loja. It stands at an elevation of about 3,700 metres on the elevated plain between the Cordillera de Chilla and the Cordillera de Timbayacu.
