Glaciers and Ice Formations

Banded Glacier lies on the north slopes of Mount Logan in North Cascades National Park in the U.S. state of Washington. The glacier is about 0.6 miles long and flows from just east of the summit of Mount Logan down to roughly 7,200 feet in elevation, where it terminates at a proglacial lake.
