Arpa Valley is a high-altitude valley in the southwestern part of the inner Tien Shan range, in Kyrgyzstan's Naryn Region, bordered by the Fergana Range to the southwest and the At-Bashy Range to the east. It runs about 60 kilometers long and up to 32 kilometers wide, at elevations between 2,600 and 3,600 meters above sea level.
