Ardasier Reef is a triangular reef on the southwestern edge of Dangerous Ground in the Spratly Islands of the South China Sea, known variously as Terumbu Ubi in Malay, Antonio Luna Reef in Philippine English, Da Kieu Ngua in Vietnamese and Guangxingzi Jiao in Mandarin. It sits at the edge of the much larger Ardasier Bank, a sunken atoll drowned except for the reef itself, spanning some 2,347 square kilometers with a former lagoon reaching depths of 65 meters, and lies about 26 kilometers north-northeast of Swallow Reef and 9 kilometers east of Dallas Reef. Malaysia administers the reef as part of Sabah state and has maintained a naval station there, Station Uniform, since 1986, though China, Taiwan and Vietnam also claim it.
