Ahern Glacier is a small mountain glacier in Glacier National Park, Montana, occupying a ridge between Ipasha Peak and Ahern Peak just east of the Continental Divide, and named for George Patrick Ahern. It sits between about 8,000 and 8,800 feet in elevation and covered 126 acres as of 2005, having lost 13 percent of its surface area between 1966 and 2005 as it retreats. Meltwater from the glacier feeds a waterfall that drops roughly 1,680 feet to Helen Lake below.
