Agror Valley lies in the Hazara region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in northern Pakistan, within Oghi Tehsil, an administrative subdivision of Mansehra District. The valley consists of three mountain glens, ten miles long and six miles wide, with terraced flats in its lower portions; Pashto is its main language, and the hereditary Khans of Agror, of the Begal subsection of the Mitravi Swatis, have ruled the area since conquering Pakhli in 1703.
