Agawa Canyon is a shallow canyon in the sparsely populated Algoma District of northeastern Ontario, Canada. It was formed about 1.2 billion years ago by faulting along the Canadian Shield and was later enlarged by the erosive action of the Agawa River. The canyon is reachable only by hiking trail or by the Agawa Canyon station on the Algoma Central Railway, about 114 miles northwest of Sault Ste. Marie.
