All Cinder Cones and Volcanic Cones

This group collects the Volcanic Formations subcategory's members whose own description identifies them as a cinder cone, scoria cone, volcanic cone or a volcanic field made up of such cones, the steep, loose-pyroclastic landforms built up around a single vent by explosive fountaining rather than by broad lava flows or by one large eruption. France's Chaine des Puys and Peru's Andagua volcanic field are among this group's multi-cone volcanic fields, alongside several individually named cinder cones.
