Granite Glacier

Glaciers and Ice Formations

Granite Glacier is located in the U.S. state of Montana, in the Beartooth Mountains, at an elevation of about 11,000 feet (3,400 meters). It lies on the north slope of Granite Peak, the highest summit in Montana, and covers roughly 40 acres.
