Klebelsberg Glacier is a glacier in Antarctica, about 13 kilometers long and 4 kilometers wide, situated on the south side of Finsterwalder Glacier on Graham Land. It flows from the Hemimont Plateau northwestward between Armula Peak and Smilyan Bastion toward the head of Lallemand Fjord, and together with Finsterwalder Glacier and Haefeli Glacier its mouth merges with Sharp Glacier where that glacier enters the fjord. It was first surveyed from the plateau in 1946 and 1947 by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey, which named it for the Austrian glaciologist Raimund von Klebelsberg.
